 Tour of Astypalea Livadi you have to follow after the country road from the windmills and descend in a westerly direction for Beautiful Livadi.

Livadi is a small coastal village where you look green! In this valley there are many orchards tangerine, pomegranate, lemon trees and vineyards.

On the northwest edge of the "back" of the valley has built the dam which collected the waters of streams, the rainy season. This has formed an artificial lake which covers the island's needs in water. The dirt road in front of the barrier leads to the beautiful beach of Livadi leading to the bridge.

Λιβάδι, Λιβάδι ΑστυπάλαιαCrystal clear waters for swimming and water sports as it is the only beach. In Livadi there are enough tavernas, ouzo, supermarkets located literally on the edge of the wave facing the country and the castle.

A quiet choice of residence, the Livadi has many rooms and is just 3 km from the town. Also considered as the starting point for excursions to the beautiful beaches.

Following the uphill end of the beach after football 5x5 found the village of Agios Vasilis.

The newly developed area has incredible views of Livadi and Hora and the namesake creek for quiet swimming. For those with transportation, beaches following reward the adventurous seekers and promise to penetrate the visitors beat the island. These are Livadi2the beach Tzanaki, Moura, Papou, Agios Konstantinos, Vatses and Kaminakia (one of the most beautiful beaches of the island) as well as Agios Giannis. In the last two are organized and accessible by boat starting from Pera Gialos and Maltezana.

In Livadi there is local bus with small busses with frequent table duriing the summer months and is linked to the Hora, Pera Gialos, the port of Agios Andreas, the airport and Maltezana (analipsi)
